At Sirrah Archive, we proudly offer worldwide shipping and take care to ensure each order is packed and dispatched with intention and care.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
2. Domestic & International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Estimated transit times:

United States: 2–5 business days after shipment

International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by destination and customs processing)
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Customs Fees & Import Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges:

Are not included in the item price or shipping cost

Are determined by your local customs authority

Are the sole responsibility of the customer
Sirrah Archive LLC does not collect or control these fees and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sirrah Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
While we are not liable for carrier delays or losses, we are always happy to assist where possible.
