    We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order, including those placed by resellers, distributors, or individuals exceeding normal quantities.
    Payments are securely processed via Shopify and third-party payment providers.

  4. Shipping
    We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
    International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes; these are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sirrah Archive LLC is not liable for delays or fees imposed by customs.

  5. Final Sale Policy
    All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns.
    If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we will offer a repair or exchange (subject to availability) if reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  6. Discounts & Promotions
    From time to time, Sirrah Archive may offer discounts or promotional offers. Unless otherwise stated, all discounts are limited to one per customer or email address and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Sirrah Archive reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

    All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, product images, text, and graphics, is the property of Sirrah Archive LLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Materials & Product Use Notice

Sirrah Archive pieces are created using a combination of reclaimed, vintage, and repurposed materials sourced globally. Due to the nature of these materials, full composition and manufacturing history may not always be known, and variations in finish, patina, and material properties are inherent to each piece.

Our products are designed and intended exclusively as adult fashion accessories and decorative objects. They are not intended for children and should not be used as toys.

We take care in selecting and working with materials used in our collections and apply reasonable practices to assess and handle components used in production. However, due to the reclaimed nature of certain elements, we cannot guarantee that all materials are free from trace substances or elements that may be present in vintage or industrial alloys.

Customers should use products only as intended, avoid excessive wear or misuse, and discontinue use if a piece becomes damaged or compromised.

By purchasing and using Sirrah Archive products, customers acknowledge and accept the nature of reclaimed materials and the inherent variability associated with vintage sourcing and handcrafted production.
